Love it so much

What a great beach read! This book is set in Seaside and paints this quaint little beach town as a place I want to go live! We meet a wandering artist never wanting to settle down and a fire chief who has his roots set deep into the community. They are attracted to each other - neither wanting to find love. And then we get involved in a mystery of an arsonist. Can they figure out who is setting these fires before someone is seriously injured or killed? Is it the doctors your nephew? You won’t want to miss it!

A wonderful collections of poignant poetry from the perspective of a young man learning his identity compared to his father, mother, and sisters and living a blue collar life.

This book is dark, twisted, and chilling. The main character is an anti-hero. She’s deeply flawed character with a horrific relationship to her mother. The story follows a young journalist who is asked to go back to her hometown to investigate the murders of two young girls. As the story progresses, you find out the deep dark secrets that are held in Wind Gap and within her own childhood home.

I enjoyed the scientific approach to the afterlife, but it wasn't without humanity. Death is something everyone will experience, and I love that that becomes a uniting factor in our search for something more.

I love the Nina Borg series! What I love most about this book in particular is how it shines a light on the discrimination Muslims and Roma folk face in Denmark and Hungary. It’s still a fascinating mystery, and it exposes the reader to any potential biases when you finally fight out who the true antigonist is.

It is a awesome book about a half long named Frodo who gets to go on a adventure!
